My story

I know what it means to have to think of everything.

I was a stay-at-home mother for several years. I was the one who kept track of everything: the children, meals, appointments, the home, travel and all the invisible details that keep a family running.

I later became a single mother and a career woman. Today, I also support my aging parents. My journey has given me a deep understanding of families’ mental load and the reality of caregivers.
